Phillip Sovocool
Co-Founder | Operations & Project Management
Phillip Sovocool brings a unique combination of military leadership, construction project management, operations, and real estate experience to Ponte Vedra Construction & Restoration.
After serving 21 years in the United States Army, Phillip retired from military service in 2023.
During his military career, frequent moves around the country introduced him to residential construction and real estate. At different duty stations, Phillip would purchase homes, renovate and improve them while his family lived there, and eventually sell them when the Army sent them to a new location. Over time, these experiences turned renovation from a necessity into a genuine passion.
Following his Army retirement, Phillip transitioned into construction project management and operations, working on both residential and commercial projects. His experience includes project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overseeing projects from concept through completion. Experienced and Efficient.
